Terms of Service
The services offered through this portal are provided by Websites Networks & Computers Ltd (WebNetCom), Co. ID 516087871, Israel. Quotes accepted through this portal incorporate the full Service Agreement issued with each quote. 1. Services & pricing. You receive the services and quantities selected in the accepted quote. Prices are valid for the period stated on each quote. You may choose monthly or annual billing; annual billing is prepaid and discounted. 2. Usage-based (metered) items. Certain items — including managed inboxes, mailbox and cloud-drive backup storage, and device backups — are billed on the actual quantity in use during each period. WebNetCom may update these quantities (by hand or automatically from usage data) to reflect real usage. Doing so does not change this agreement — it applies it. You will be notified when metered quantities change, and the adjusted amounts appear on your next invoice. 3. Payment & stored cards. Payment is made by card through our payment provider (PayMe / Isracard; PayPal for international clients). Your card is stored only as a secure reusable token — WebNetCom never holds your full card number. You may keep one primary card and one or more backup cards. You authorise WebNetCom to charge the primary card automatically for recurring monthly charges, usage charges and renewals; if the primary card is declined, you authorise us to charge your backup cards in order. American Express payments carry a 3% surcharge on onboarding and annual amounts. Israeli clients are charged 18% VAT and must provide a Company ID (ח.פ) for the tax invoice. 4. Automatic renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically for successive terms. We send advance reminders 30, 14 and 6 days before each renewal date. For annual subscriptions, the annual prepayment is charged automatically to your card on file on the renewal date. To elect annual billing and its discount for the coming term, you must switch before the renewal date; you may make this change yourself from your subscription page. 5. Suspension & cancellation. WebNetCom may pause or cancel a subscription for non-payment or as provided in the Service Agreement. Cancellation stops future automatic charges and deactivates the stored card; the signed agreement is retained for record. You may request changes or cancellation at any time. Governing law: State of Israel, except where the Service Agreement issued with your quote states otherwise.
A Hebrew version of this policy is available. Where the two differ, the English text governs, except where the Service Agreement issued with your quote states otherwise.
