Quote & Signature Policy
Saving is not accepting. On a quote page, “Save my choices” records the options you picked so you can return to them or show a colleague; it agrees to nothing, notifies nobody, and can start no service. “Accept & sign” is the agreement. Digital acceptance: by signing a quote on this portal you agree to conduct the transaction electronically. Your name and title as you enter them, your signature (drawn on the page), your IP address, a timestamp and a device fingerprint are recorded, and a signing certificate is printed on the executed document. Where a quote states that acceptance makes it your live contract, accepting does so; where it does not, acceptance changes nothing until WebNetCom confirms with you. Where a client requires two signatures, the quote is not executed until the second signature is recorded. By signing you also authorise WebNetCom to bill the services as set out in the Terms of Service: recurring monthly charges, usage-based (metered) charges that track your actual usage, and automatic renewals — each charged to your stored card on file (primary, then backups). The quantities you sign for set the starting amounts; metered items then adjust to real usage, and you are notified of changes.
A Hebrew version of this policy is available. Where the two differ, the English text governs, except where the Service Agreement issued with your quote states otherwise.
