We collect the minimum data needed to operate this portal: your name, email, phone (if provided), sign-in records, quote selections, comments, and — when you sign a quote — your name and title as you enter them, your IP address, timestamp, a device fingerprint and your signature image, all used to evidence the signature. Payment card details are collected and stored by our PCI-compliant payment provider and are held by us only as a reusable token (card brand and last four digits) — we never store your full card number.
